How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- If you are based in the UK we aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days.

- If you are from USA, Canada, Europe & other countries we aim to get you order to you within 10-20 working days.

- We try our best to process all orders within 2 days of being placed.

Can I return/exchange my order?

- We currently do not offer returns, however you may exchange you order for a different size.

- We only accept an exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Exchange instructions:

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility, we suggest you use a tracked & signed shipping method to avoid any problems.

There was a charge at time of delivery/at the post office on the package. Why?

- If you are ordering for delivery from outside the U.K there is a chance your home country will charge you import fees for bringing a product in from another country. These are generally collected on delivery and have nothing to do with our business. We are in no way responsible for unexpected fees or charges.

Washing

For the sake of protecting the environment, we say - wash at 30C or below and do not tumble dry.
